The primary role of a Marketing Senior Specialist is to work with the French Marketing Manager and the team to foster demand generation and track moving contacts into the sales pipeline under the guidance of the local French marketing manager. This will be achieved through the promotion and delivery of events, digital and social media activities, account based marketing activities and other complementary offline and online marketing activities.
RESPONSABILITIES
Based on French Marketing Plan aligned to sales priorities and target, build and execute demand gen campaigns, customer marketing activities, field events, tradeshow, webinars.
Take full responsibility of a vertical campaign : deliver and execute a marketing plan on this vertical with the marketing mix of tactics.
Communicate with sales to prioritize input, gain buy-in and understanding
Work collaboratively with Strategic and Named French accounts, meet the customers and bring the Marketing value to the account.Engage on Customer Testimonials
Support global strategic marketing initiatives such as campaign launches, Website, digital marketing, internal communications and account-based marketing strategies
Promote local marketing activities through the usage of social media and social selling
Support the marketing lead generation process in gathering contacts, nurture them and track record of their customer journey in our CRM system
Establish vendor relationship and manage allocated budgets.
Track, measure, and report on pipeline metrics across field marketing programs
The role is largely office based.
Travel across the country and overnight stays may be required.
JOB MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
10-15 years’ experience in Marketing/Field Marketing, especially in the IT environment
Can-do attitude required
Excellent Digital Marketing skills are required (Web, Paid Social, Paid Search, Social Selling and Social Media)
Highly reliable: attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Ability to work independently and flexibly, with excellent team working skills
Excellent organizational skills. able to work well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong project management skills
A creative thinker with good communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to manage data and create / manage dashboards
Good proficiency in English required.
The use of BI tools such as Marketing Automation or CRM tools is a strong plus.
