We have an exciting position open: Senior Strategic Marketing Manager on Personal Care, in our Global Marketing and Innovation team (GMI). This person, reporting directly to the Global Strategic Marketing Function will build the strategy on a Personal Care application fields, lead the global innovation pipeline and manage the upstream innovation process. As a recognized expert in marketing he/she leads transversal missions in this field for Aptar B+H and participates to strategic meetings.
This is how your journey begins
Drive the transformation of data (market, technology, consumer) into actionable insights to build the strategy and a strong innovation pipeline for Personal Care (including Hair Care, Personal Cleansing, Body Care, Sun Care, Deodorants)
Manage the innovation pipeline based on new products, services or new business models designed with people and the planet in mind, consumer and customer centricity, middle and long term vision
Develop (in collaboration with the Communication team) an impactful and efficient "B to B to C" communication
Be strongly connected with customers especially in their Innovation Marketing Teams, as well as collaborate with Aptar Regional Marketings+Sales to adjust the strategy and the innovation plan
Lead the upstream innovation process for the perimeter by animating creativity sessions, internal brainstorms for innovation and also external brainstorms (with a focus on anticipating the market evolution)

What you will bring on the journey
Master Degree in Marketing or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in this function: 5 years in a brand’s marketing team with also a management position in a global matrix organization (within Beauty & Hygiene businesses ideally) Fluency in English language, additional languages and multi-cultural experiences are welcome International mindset, structured way of thinking and high level of creativity Great communication skills, proactivity and teambuilding Availability to travel (potentially 10% of the time)What we offer:
