Are you looking for a new position ? We are offering a Digital and Communication Manager position into our Global Strategic Marketing and Business Direction
You have to create visibility and communication tools, relay branding, insert Coating resins in the appropriate digital means to promote contents previously defined enabling market researches and sales through an efficient service platform, with contact points described above, adapted to each communication channel for external and internal purposes
Markets : Architectural and Industrial Coating, PCM, Coil, PSA, Non-Woven, Sealants, Construction, GI, Plastics
Technologies : liquid resins: waterborne, solventborne, powder, additives, Spray dried emulsions
Product lines : atmospheric and pressurized polymer latex, acrylic solventborne, polyester polyols, thermoplastic and reactive polyamides, alkyds, Oil Free PolyEsters, powder polyester resins, additives, MBS, AIMPA
18 plants and 9 regions
You are a chemical Engineer with a bachelor degree in Communication MBA preferred, with more than 15 years of Chemical Marketing and Communication OR Media and Digital Strategist work experience; preferably in a regulated environment
Experience and knowledge of the use and application of digital media, SEO, UX in B2B value chains, products and technology is needed
Competitive analysis and other current Best Practice marketing concepts are known
Experience in Project Management with the ability to drive projects to decision points in a timely fashion
Close and constant links with ACR Region Presidents, product and market managers
Get support from Business Intelligence inside ACR and from other BUs
Solid technical acumen and ability to communicate with confidence & competence within the R&D community
Acknowledged leadership skills with the ability to successfully interact with and influence other functions – Regional Sales and operations, R&D, Technical Service, Supply Chain, HES, Marketing
Ability to concurrently support, manage multiple, complex projects in a fast paced and competitive environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively, clearly and concisely communicate concepts and growth opportunities at all levels and functions.
Computer literacy in Microsoft software as well as internet research and other digital tools
Ability to speak a foreign language (English, French, Spanish) preferred
You will be travelling 30%, of your time, both domestic and international
This role is critical in the BU strategy to “bridge the gap” between competition's and Coating Resins' activity in the field of digital and create visibility of Coating Resins' activity and branding
You report to the Strategic Marketing Global Director and work closely with R&D & Regional Marketing, Bu Executives, and corporate experts in Colombes, KoP, Cary, Shanghai, Mumbai, Singapore and Sao Paulo.

By strategic market, embody each customer profile to better understand, express characteristics and behavior
Benchmark our competition's digital footprint
Process ad hoc online customer surveys or barometers
Define a content strategy aligned with brand positioning, audience expectations and marketing strategy (solution oriented rather than product push) for the key targeted markets of Coating Resins
Set up and deploy content guidelines and governance
Optimize Coating Resins' ranking on Search Engine result pages
Improve the websites' user experience to better engage and convert users
Define the expected contribution of the digital channels to the business and relevant KPI to measure it
Optimize Coating Resins presence in social media, develop brand, market, solution and product awareness
Define and implement regular internal communication for the Business Unit (Positions, Customer events, …)
Develop mobile tools and adapt content to media in order to optimize digital presence
Prepare, organize, define participation and manage shows relevant to Coating Resins strategic markets
Provide monthly progress / activity reports to management, periodic presentations to Global Leadership Team, and ensure consistent flow of quality information and alignment with BU objectives and priorities
