Marketing Manager

Location: Paris, Courbevoie

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Marketing Manager at Arrow, you will be responsible for:

Managing a team of 8 Marketing professionals based in Courbevoie

Setting employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions

Defining team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline

Managing and executing marketing programs and initiatives within France region, including online & offline marketing tactics.

Aligning with the different marketing strategies of the vendors and translate their strategies in concrete marketing actions

Regular exchanges with stakeholders (internal teams and external vendors) on the international level

Ensuring marketing plan is implemented and program is completed on time and within budget; you will recommend or redirect strategies as needed.

Monitoring corporate branding applications across the projects’ marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently

Overseeing marketing budgets including planning, fund sourcing, approvals, reporting and entering the necessary data in Arrow systems and vendor portals

Network with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors and other professionals.

Your experience / education:

You have at least a first proven experience on the Marketing Team Manager position, ideally within the IT environment

You have an excellent knowledge of marketing strategies with the confirmed education background in that area (university degree)

Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

Excellent communication and soft skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

A few more things that you also possess:

Fluency in English (at least C1 level) is a must to be successful on this position

Familiarity with social media and web analytics

Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
