The Asana marketing team is focused on driving growth and building a brand that customers love. We focus not only on acquiring users, but also on creating content and campaigns that nurture existing teams and drive them to upgrade. Our team is growing rapidly, and includes team members focused on product marketing, content creation, partnerships, ads, and lifecycle marketing.


We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end planning and execution of the marketing strategy for France, including multiple channels such as events, content marketing, paid media, webinars, and ABM. This person will be based in Paris, and reporting to the Head of EMEA Revenue Marketing who is located in our EMEA HQ in Dublin.


What you'll achieve:



Plan and execute regional marketing programs by partnering with marketing teams, field sales, and external partners to generate pipeline and support regional revenue goals.
Drive close alignment with sales on marketing campaigns, lead management processes, and support territory planning within France.
Generate field events to drive qualified engagements within target markets, create and accelerate sales opportunities, and build Asana brand awareness.
Work closely with centralized marketing teams
Reporting< track, measure, and provide progress reports. Use key data and reports to uncover trends to aid decision-making.
Ensure our regional field marketing programs adheres to Asana brand marketing standards and are aligned with strategy.

About you:



Experience in building marketing driven pipeline programs for the French market in partnership with regional sales teams.
Demonstrable experience building strong partnerships with people across the business to serve the needs of the region
You’re a problem solver that is comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to manage projects to tight timelines.
Ability to use data and gather information to craft a compelling narrative by using written, verbal, and visual communication skills
A strong understanding of complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and services purchases
Fluency in written and spoken French and English
Flexible and ready to jump on new projects and opportunities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect of peers
Ability to travel regionally and globally periodically

What we’ll offer

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.


For this role, the estimated base salary range is between<89,000<<138,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.


In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay
