We are seeking an innovative channel marketing manager to plan and oversee the implementation of our marketing strategies across all available channels, with our distributors and partners in EMEA. You will be developing channel-specific marketing strategies, planning marketing campaigns, and managing marketing communications to the AVEVA partner network.

An outstanding channel marketing manager will be someone whose expertise results in optimized marketing strategies and increased profitability of marketing tactics across EMEA, somebody who should demonstrate extensive knowledge of channel marketing strategies and experience in software industry.

Responsibilities

Evaluating and improving existing channel marketing strategies, establishing strong partners network. Through partner campaigns handover & adoption monitoring Through partner marketing MOP/MOB target co-ownership with the global channel team Developing new regional channel marketing strategies and implementing global marketing campaigns, localising and adapting them to the regional needs and determining which platforms to advertise on and adapting campaigns accordingly. Targeting specific channels to promote AVEVA products and services, including pay-per-click advertising, social media platforms, emails, website contents, and SEO strategies. Overseeing the regional channel marketing team and documenting activities and improvements of the direct reports. Gathering marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results to achieve the assigned KPI. Deploying channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the EMEA marketing team, with the global channel marketing team, with the regional sales and with other departments. Cross-functional relationships and alignment with the partners (partners include Distributors, SI, Alliances such as Schneider Electric and Microsoft) and regional channel sales team, Global Campaign team, Global Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, as well as regional Marketing Managers. Analysing market data, trends and competitor behaviour to optimize marketing strategies. Control of projects cost, within the budget allocated
Skills & Qualifications

University degree or equivalent within Communications or Marketing or equivalent with a focus on technology. Deep interest in technology and the ability to describe complex technical processesStructured, reliable and independent way of working - ability to deal with new situations and toolsGood IT skills and a high level of online marketing affinity coupled with appropriate social media expertiseExcellent written and oral communications skills; demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of employees and management 7-10 years of experience in a Marketing/ Communications department of a technology/IT company or in a PR/Communications/Media agency working with technology companies. IT or Industrial Automation will be considered a plus. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written Another main European language knowledge (French, Italian, German or Spanish) will be considered a strong plus. Excellent in dealing with MS Office as well as knowledge of tools necessary to execute A friendly and secure appearance, a high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility with a strong social competence as well as serviceability, creativity and a quick perception round off your profile
