About the job

Axis Communications has an exciting new temporary position as Marketing Specialist at our office in Paris, with close collaboration with marketing colleagues from Southern Europe in Milan and Madrid as well as with our headquarter in Sweden. The contract should start in May untill end of December. As we are growing, there are regularly new open positions, so there might be opportunities after the temporary contract.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Marketing Specialist you will be part of the marketing team in France and support different projects working closely with your marketing and sales colleagues.

The first months, you will mainly support the preparation of an international concept and key market influence event that will take place in Paris in October. You will contribute to the promotion plan (emailings, social media, digital marketing, internal promotion…), and the logistics preparation working with our agency. You will also support on other initiatives such as our participation to small tradeshows, targeted digital campaigns, proofreading.

Then, in the second part of the mission, you will support our Channel marketing activities, especially our Academy program management and promotion (website update, emailings, social media, registration and attendees’ management using our Learning management system and our CRM…) and activities with our distributors (banners, digital…).

You may also be involved in other projects and topics according to the Marketing plan priorities and your suggestions (always encouraged!).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a proactive person who has great interpersonal skills and who knows what it is to be a team-player. You will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team situated in Italy, France and Spain and will report to our Regional Marketing Manager. Therefore, it is important to have an international mindset. And of course, to have fun with your team and colleagues!

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Master’s degree in Marketing/or in another relevant field
3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in BtoB and IT
Experience from events management, content & digital marketing, demand generation, data management
a test and learn approach
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge in CRM / Marketing automation is a real plus (Salesforce and Pardot is an advantage)
Fluent in French and English
