Job Description

Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain and Portugal) Marketing Team is looking for a skilled Channel Marketing Specialist, with B2B marketing experience in tech companies to work with us in our Paris office.

It is a hybrid role, where you will be exposed to the team leadership responsibilities of over 2 channel Marketing Specialist based in Madrid and Milan, involved in EMEA wide project and exciting work with channel marketing focused on France. T he team leadership part of the role would represent 20 % of the responsibilities and the rest is dedicated to Channel Marketing.

You will develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives relating to specific vertical markets and Axis partner programs. You will do strategy and operations on an equal basis. You will also liaise with both external and internal customers and leverage both traditional and digital marketing tactics to implement campaigns to drive real bottom-line impact.

As a member of the Southern Europe marketing team (France, Italy, Spain and Portugal), you contribute or may lead regional initiatives, working with peers and colleagues worldwide, so occasional travels is a natural part of the job. You will report to the regional marketing manager based in France.

What you’ll do here as Channel Marketing Specialist?

Channel marketing

· Implement and adapt in France the corporate Channel Partner Program to onboard new partners, animate existing ones, revive inactive ones

· Define and run specific campaigns and activities to animate the sales Territories working in close collaboration with the sales team

· Implement integrated campaigns (including content marketing, events, webinars, digital marketing, telemarketing) and lead nurturing to maximize the conversion of leads into sales opportunities

· Develop relationships and business opportunities with our distributors in France working together with our Distribution Account Manager

· Promote our Education program (Academy and Certification program) working with the local trainer to maximize attendance at the training sessions and increase the number of certified partners (especially Gold and Silver ones)

· Manage the partner pages, e-newsletters, social media platforms to ensure partners’ engagement

· Collaborate with peers and colleagues (Southern Europe, EMEA and corporate) to develop best practices

Solutions’ activation and new solutions launches

· Localize and implement EMEA and regional campaigns to launch new solutions and activate existing ones towards our partners and together with our distributors

· Identify the specific local needs in France to imagine and implement local campaigns to support the business

· Educate the market about our solutions’ benefits through media and influencers (associations…)

· Contribute to developing our awareness and attractiveness collaborating with our PR and Digital agency (together with the Segment / End-Customers marketing specialist)

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

You understand strategic business challenges and know how to transfer them into creative and efficient marketing programs/activities.

You possess excellent organizational skills, being able to handle multiple priorities at the same time. A good communicator regularly shares plans, progress and results, using all relevant channels.

Both autonomous and flexible team player, eager to work in a sales and technological environment.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

This is a senior role in terms of responsibilities and requirement since you will be partially leading a team, involved in EMEA projects and primary focus on Channel Marketing in France.

· Minimum 7-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in Channel Marketing.

· Experience in integrated marketing campaigns, events organization, Digital marketing (social media, SEO, Google Ads…), CRM and Marketing Automation ( Salesforce and Pardot knowledge appreciated ),

· Fluent in English and French languages

· Bonus points for the Spanish or Italian language skills

· Knowledge of the IT / Security market is a real plus.

· A business school degree or equivalent
