Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Marketing Specialist who will manage, innovate and drive the execution of our go-to-market plans across our solutions portfolio. Using a complete set of digital tactics, you will support all European Field Marketing Managers in France, BeNeLux, Germany and the UK with the implementation of local and global campaigns that involve content creation/translation, design, production of assets, and identifying the right channels for the campaigns. You will be part of the EMEA Demand Generation Team, reporting to the Senior Director.

Responsibilities

You will play a central role, applying and optimizing processes that help us deliver excellent and high-quality marketing output, drive brand awareness, and generate a strong pipeline to sales.
At least BA or BS degree required At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on Lead Generation campaigns Experience in using Salesforce CRM, Marketo and Adobe Creative Suite Appreciate multi-tasking and setting up easy flexible processes Able to work in a multi-cultural environment Good verbal and written English skills, speaking German would be a definite +. Excellent people skills Excellent with numbers and marketing reporting tools Results driven and self-motivated

Qualifications

Ideally, you have already worked as a Campaign Manager at a mid-sized to large corporate marketing department. You have excellent planning skills and know how to run a campaign in a timely manner according to constraints. You are familiar with digital marketing channels and tools and enjoy measuring and reporting on results of the campaigns, which you share with your stakeholders in an easy, digestible manner. You will communicate plans and coordinate execution with Field Marketing Managers and act as the liaison between these team and the NA team. Finally, we expect you to have a balanced personality where team spirit and efficiency go hand in hand.
