CONTEXT

We are looking for a talented and creative collaborator (H / F) to join the marketing team based in Braine-l'Alleud (+/- 30 km from Brussels).

Within the marketing & Innovation Team, you will contribute to the definition of brands innovation strategy for the Belux and BE in charge of the full development of key projects, in order to generate additional volumes, turnover and margin.

You will lead a positive inno-reno projects from exploration to launch stage in strong partnership with your group brand manager and as an advocate for consumers.

MISSIONS

Business dynamics :
- Recommend and put in place the necessary marketing activities based on data's to develop the market share of the Brand. Contribute to the definition of business objectives

Portfolio & brand strategy :
- Understand the market and consumers to define fact-based recommendations, objectives and Strategies for the Brands

Business development planning & delivery :
- Owner of the A&P (budget), define the best allocation of spending's (ROI) to achieve the business objectives for the activations, equity building and innovation support.
- Elaborates and control the budget dedicated to brand promotion
- Content marketing

Activation, Innovation & integrated communication
- From KPIs reporting, identify activation planning adaptation
- Define with the Marketing Manager the annual marketing plan for the brands and lead the perfect execution of the activities.
- Assure the perfect launch (mix marketing) of the innovation and participate in the long term innovation strategy
- Define the touchpoint mix, the campaigns (messages, orchestration...) and the activation feasibility
- Ensure the fit between always-on social media conversation and the activations

Data analysis :
- Analyzed and identified reasons and causes of the project results
- Benchmark
- P & L identification and explanation

YOUR PROFILE
- Master Degree in Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience within complex and international organizations (preferably FMCG), in trends definition, target identification, content localization, activation definition and in Digital Marketing
- You are creative, open-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and are a real team-player.
- Fluent in Dutch and French is essential. English is a plus !

Required skills for the job :
- Business & marketing skills
- Ability to integrate product value (nutrition, CSR...) into activation campaigns
- Ability to drive the growth of brand equity
- Expertise in touchpoint's requirements, potential ROI and targeting
- Ability to lead brief development and develop visual assets
- Ability to build omnichannel activations
- Ability to process large amount of data inc. financial data
- Familiar with panel analysis (Nielsen, GFK)
