Product Marketing Specialist Full-time position

POSITION SUMMARY

E-on software is looking to hire a Product Marketing Specialist in our Paris (France) headquarters, or in our Philadelphia (PA-USA) or Anaheim (CA-USA) offices.

The Product Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the DCC (Media and Entertainment) Director of Product Management, and the sales and channel manager in the project management of all marketing and Communication activities, by providing timely feedback and input into execution of Product Marketing and Communication activities.

The position will offer the candidate to meet the most creative people on the planet from the company's most notable customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning

Buyer Personas: Define the archetypical buyers involved in the purchasing of our products and services. Create and share persona documents for each buyer type User Personas: Define the archetypical users of our products or services. Buyer Experience: Research and document the buying process our target personas use to select a product. Understand the barriers that buyers encounter during their selection process. Create a buyer’s journey map. Assess available tools and support that align with each step of the buying process

Programs

Marketing Plans: Articulate the strategies and tactics for generating awareness and leads, including key programs and events with measurements and goals. Revenue Growth: Define the specific plans and budgets for selling products and services to new customers. Revenue Retention: Define the specific plans and budgets for ensuring customer loyalty as well as selling products and services to existing customers. Launch: Define specific launch goals and strategies. Develop launch plans and supporting documentation. Ensure cross-organizational readiness. Track and communicate launch status. Build and lead cross-functional team Awareness: Create and deliver thoughtful information to influence key market constuents. Influence key audiences via strong content. Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences Nurturing: Develop programs to move prospects quickly and effectively through the funnel, with the objective of turning prospects into satisfied customers. Advocacy: Identify customers who are willing to give testimonials, case studies and references and amplify their voice in the market. Capture and share stories of customer success. Utilize advocates in a variety of programs including events and thought leadership Measurement: Measure and tune product marketing programs to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Enablement

Sales Alignment: Align our organization’s selling process to the buying process. Describe information needs for key personas at each step in the process. Align sales support content to various stages of the sales process Content: Provide content for buyer personas focused on a specific step of the buying process. Curate content from product users or product teams that aligns with stages of the buying process and drives campaign objectives

Support

Programs: Provide needed market and solution information to support internal and external marketing programs. Provide market understanding and positioning to ensure programs align with corporate goals Events: Provide needed market and solution information to support marketing events such as conferences, trade shows and webinars.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must have:

3 years’ experience developing digital marketing strategies Proficiency with eon software products. Knowledge of other DCC software will be a big plus. Experience in the Media and Entertainment market is a plus Exceptional English verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills Strong project and time management skills, and attention to detail Experience in a wide range of digital marketing aspects such as SEO, social media, content management, site analytics, web design, or graphic design, webinar technologies etc… Knowledge of web standards, design, and usability Enthusiastic team player and web ambassador with the ability to influence others Ability to work with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive results Be proactive and selfmotivated

WORK LOCATION

e-on software main offices are in Paris, France. The position may be fulfilled in Bentley Systems Philadelphia (PA) or Anaheim (CA) offices too.

The position may require the candidate to travel worldwide.
