Microbiota Scientific Communication Manager (F/H)

Reporting to the Corporate Scientific Communication Department, the Microbiota Scientific Communication Manager is involved in the design, production and distribution of the various scientific communication tools (news, computer graphics, thematic dossiers, ......) offered by the Biocodex Microbiota Institute. It detects trends and discoveries relating to microbiota that are likely to be of interest to experts and the general public. It ensures that the content produced is consistent and relevant, with a constant concern for scientific rigour. He or she is also responsible for designing and coordinating 2 annual communications campaigns in conjunction with the cross-functional departments.

Key responsibilities include :

Scientific data:

- Scientific watch

- Continuous & targeted collection of scientific information

- Assessment of the data collected with regard to the editorial needs

- Selection of relevant information

- Organization of the editorial committee

- Validation of content quality & rewriting

KOL management:

- Identification of KOLs (medical and scientific experts) likely to collaborate with the Microbiota Institute

- KOL management

Project management:

- Design and monitoring actions to educate Biocodex employees about microbiota

- Design and coordination of 2 major annual communication campaigns in conjunction with cross-functional departments

- Organization of in-house communication campaigns to raise employee awareness of the importance of microbiota for health

Communication:

- Participation in congresses (national and international) and representation of the Microbiota Institute

- Presentation and explanation scientific data to cross-functional departments

- Animation of internal community of microbiota (subsidiaries + partners) to help them with their communication needs

Profile:

PharmD, MD or PhD Life Sciences or equivalent in healthcare with strong clinical and preferably research back-ground

Minimum 3 years of experience in scientific communication

Fluent in English & French is required. Work in an international environment.

Minimum 3 years of clinical or pharmaceutical industry experience

Solid experience with human healthcare research either from university or pharmaceutical industry
