As a valuable member of our Digital Marketing team, the Marketing Project Manager (MPM) will play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life by strategically growing our brand and executing marketing initiatives.




About Bolero





In just two years, we have pioneered the emergence of music catalog tokenization and are leading the Music Industry into this exciting new space.
We collaborate with tier-1 management agencies, record labels, and distributors to create a collaborative practice that is set to become the standard in the Music Industry.
We are backed and advised by artists such as Rilès, producers, a tier-1 French-American VC fund, and a group of tier-1 business angels.



Role




We’re seeking a full-time Marketing Project Manager apprentice to join our passionate marketing team that values free-flowing creativity, analytical decision-making, and launching trendsetting campaigns.




You will work alongside the Music team to develop and execute marketing strategies for Bolero's music releases, ensuring maximum impact and growth.




Reporting directly to the founders, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping the future of the music industry while gaining invaluable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.




Mission




As our Marketing Project Manager apprentice, your mission will include:




Strategy Development: Think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance Bolero's brand presence and drive user engagement. Anticipate upcoming song share releases and create effective marketing plans to maximize their impact.



Team Management: Oversee the Community Manager and provide guidance and support in executing community engagement strategies. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, empowering team members and ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns.



Execution and Planning: Collaborate closely with the Music team to secure release schedules and ensure seamless execution of each release. Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with artist and song creative universes to drive growth and user acquisition.



Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms. Leverage these insights to keep Bolero at the forefront of digital marketing and maximize our reach.



SEO: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve Bolero's online visibility and organic search rankings. Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive ongoing improvements.



Influence Campaigns: Occasionally work on implementing and growing influence campaigns to expand Bolero's reach and attract new users. Identify key influencers and develop impactful partnerships to drive user acquisition and engagement.



What we are excited about





Your in-depth knowledge of the music industry, including stakeholders behind an artist's career, record production, artistic trajectory, and artist breakthroughs.
Your successful experience in growing a brand or community on social media platforms.
Your ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Your familiarity with social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
Your understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Your familiarity with influence marketing and experience with campaign implementation is a plus.
Fluency in English is required.
Currently pursuing a master's degree in Communication & Marketing, Digital Marketing Management, Music Industry Business, or related fields.



Package




Fixed compensation that commensurates with experience.


This is a full-time apprenticeship role that includes medical insurance, paid time off, and a transport allowance.


Based in Paris, France.
