As the Marketing Manager - Demand Generation you will be responsible for the Demand Generation team and will be owning, planning and implementing a field demand generation strategy that drives revenue through the creation of quality leads for the sales funnel. You will be working hand in hand with the sales organization. Bonitasoft marketing strategy is content and inbound based, it is therefore critical to understand the technology and the developer audience.

As the marketing manager - demand generation at Bonitasoft, you will:
Lead and be accountable for the Demand Generation component of the marketing strategy Develop a field marketing plan on a bi-annual basis Leveraging content, resource (internal and external speakers) and both channel and technology partners available, segmenting tactics by quarter, executing marketing activities that generate leads (online marketing, social media, direct mail, email, webinars, events, etc.) Experimenting more guerilla marketing approaches * Analyse results and determine the effectiveness of various demand generation activities to adjust planning and tactic mix Manage the Demand Generation team (one person in Paris and one person in San Francisco) Measure and lead actions on organic visitor growth and SEO. Manage segmentation of database & list management, development of both lead acquisition and lead nurturing campaigns incl. social media Manage online/offline marketing projects with 3rd party vendors from initial design and requirements gathering through to delivery Work with all areas of marketing, recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion Understand product strengths, functionality and the competition in sufficient depth to devise & execute demand generation programsWho we’re looking for:
Experience in Bonitasoft’s market - any of BPM, RPA, DPA, ACM, ESB, API management, Process Mining, IAAS Solid Experience in lead generation and field marketing with knowledge of direct and online marketing strategies including social media Proven success in team management Excellent English and French Salesforce & Pardot or other marketing automation tool knowledge Result-oriented and used to demonstrate success within a marketing organization in generating qualified opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong team spirit to collaborate with technical, sales and marketing teams Highly organized and rigorous to manage several projects at the same time. Process oriented.These would be a plus:
