LOCATION & OFFICES

We are a full remote organization with colleagues based in France, Spain and the United States. Our main office is Grenoble (France).

Reporting to our VP of Marketing, you will BE our data-connecter throughout the lifecycle system. Responsible for connecting all our marketing efforts, your goal is to bring our vision to life.

Expert in B2B SaaS demand generation and marketing automation, you will own our marketing tech stacks and enable insights.

Strategy
- Own the marketing funnel processes.
- Develop and implement a methodology to track and triage leads in each step of the life cycle.
- Evaluate new technology and solutions to improve the performance of our marketing team and efforts.

Manage the technical aspects of our tools and platforms
- Manage the technical aspects of our marketing systems used to generate leads : CRM Salesforce, marketing automation Pardot, ABM, Website, social, events, paid channels.

Data-capture and reporting to support marketing and sales initiatives
- Present a deep analysis of the marketing metrics and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Define and review operations processes and deliverables such as workflow diagrams, lifecycle stage definitions, lead scoring.
- Provide data-driven decisions for the marketing team through reporting and data analysis on leads, traffic, customer acquisition, campaign performance.

Communication
- Work collaboratively across all cross-functional teams, stakeholders, agencies.
- Partner with the sales and marketing peers to find gaps and build recommendations for lead lifecycle improvement (lead scoring, lead conversion and sales opportunities).
