What will I be doing?

As an Agency Profile & Content Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for driving and delivering the Agency’s profile strategy. You will be managing our internal and external profile to build our reputation in the industry and work with the business development director to attract new clients and the best talent to our business.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities include:

Becoming quickly familiar with the Agency business, offering, Clients and work Driving and instilling a culture within the business of the importance a strong profile has on driving growth and success Building a strong reputation and relationship with media partners and intermediaries to highlight our work, people, skills, thought leadership and creativity Working with colleagues to develop an agreed series of articles, stories and posts that raises our profile amongst the industry, whilst also strengthening our employee brand, ultimately helping to drive new business opportunities Writing, editing and delivering, right first-time content pieces that are in line with the business tone of voice, capabilities, behaviours and values Input on the profile and content strategy and ensure it links with the new business strategy and plan Assist with the editing, compiling and timely delivery of awards entries Showcase our talent, creativity, work and general brilliance to the Agency and Group

What do I need?

Previous similar experience in a dynamic business either Agency or Client side A knowledge and experience of the marketing communications sector Strong copywriting ability to turn often complex content material into punchy, attention grabbing copy Social media savvy on a range of platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, plus experience with CMS platforms on websites and ideally, HubSpot Highly organised, able to manage own workload, delivering against agreed timescales
