BrewDog are looking for a phenomenal commercial leader to join our crew and head up our commercial operation in France. Working closely with our Senior International Sales team, our Sales & Marketing Manager will have had 3-5 years’ experience running a successful sales & marketing operation for a dynamic, fast growing FMCG business.

Adept at managing people and putting together comprehensive regional strategies to ensure maximum brand impact in diverse market place, they will be a brilliant communicator and a passionate ambassador of our beers. Working with our top customers and distributor, our Sales & Marketing Manager will maintain and develop our listings and product range. Managing a team, they will offer guidance and leadership to ensure their team continues to provide valuable support within the market.

MAIN DUTIES

Build & develop BrewDog RTM in France responsible for both On & Off Trade Responsible for managing all commercial operations within France Works with the Head of International Sales to develop the annual operating and strategic plans and objectives (volume, revenue and contribution) in accordance with the Company’s short and long term goals. Responsible for building market relationships Growing an ambitious, driven team of 8-10 people within market SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Off trade background (in France) with significant Multiple Retailer experience On trade experience essential Successful sales management and team building within the drinks industry (beer strongly preferred, but could be wine or spirits), with a track record of developing sales & margin growth Leadership skills Marketing functional understanding We need an all-rounder! Fluent English & French both spoken & written Beer experience & knowledge (or wider drinks industry) P&L management experience Financial & Commercial acumen with entrepreneurial flair Highly motivated and passionate Excellent communication skills
