The principle brands of the portfolio include: Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Finlandia vodka, Woodford Reserve, Early Times, Chambord, Herradura. Brown Forman France is recruiting for its Marketing team a Brand Manager looking after Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire for a temporary contract of 11 months.

This role is key given the predominant role the cited brands are playing in Brown Forman business. This person will report to the Marketing Manager. He/she will also interact with regional and global marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

Building and implementing his/her brands’ marketing plans in line with France

and Global Strategy.

Communicating this strategy internally and involve teams (especially commercial

teams).

Coordinating actions with the different local and international teams to complete

his/her projects.

Ensuring adequate management and coordination of external agencies.

Managing financial components of his/her brands (P&L).

Managing his/her brand’s A&P budget.

Taking part into planification at national level.

Informing the Leadership Team.

Representing France during international meetings where invited.

Supporting marketing analysis .

Main goals:

Defining his/her brands’ marketing goals and KPIs.

Developing and implementing every aspects of the brand plan – ATL and BTL.

Analyzing on a regular basis competitive environment and emerging trends on

markets in order to implement corrective measures and action plans.

Being the ambassador of his/her brands internally and externally.

Paying attention to new market trends / opportunities which would help his/her

brand’s development.

Recommending innovative projects for his/her brands / his/her brand’s portfolio in

line with the mid-term company’s strategy and pilot launching process with global

/ European teams when appropriate.

Co-operate with the insight team for the ad hoc as well as regular research.

Competencies:

Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years in Brand Management

Strong interest in new trends

Motivated to be involved in a “young” structure

Familiar with panels & confirmed experience and interest in Consumer Research

Fluent in French and English are required.
