Why does this position exist?
This position is about being part of the overall Global Emerging Brands team, managing and leading Chambord Liqueur - a super-premium black raspberry liqueur.
The key responsibilities of this role are to support the GSBM Slane & Chambord in the long-term strategy creation and its implementation for Chambord, managing and influencing the brand's business performance, helping to identify the threats & opportunities for the brand, and assisting with planning and development of the initiatives accordingly to the collected insights. The GABM is responsible to support innovation, packaging development & COGS optimization, and to assist with the global projects management. The GABM is an essential team player with responsibilities that cross global brand and local market teams.
Meaningful Work From Day One
Support on the global Chambord strategy development
Support on the Chambord’s brand architecture update project
Support on potential geographical expansion of Chambord
Overall coordination and analytics for the Chambord brand globally
Oversight of Chambord communication & development for the key markets
Collaboration with the key Chambord markets
Delivery and management of global creative assets
The leadership of packaging projects for Chambord (incl. primary and secondary packs)
Support on new product development for Chambord (limited scope)
Cooperation with Chambord production and design teams to identify cost-saving
opportunities
Cooperation with BF Design and external partners to ensure consistent and compliant
use of Chambord visual identity across all packaging and communications
Assistance on various Chambord projects (depending on the workload)
Management of external agencies on creative projects
WF system management and development of “Gate papers” within the system
Influencing the cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and meet critical deadlines
Building Chambord further as a global brand advocating for D&I and supporting
LGBTQ+ committee.
To thrive in this job, you must ...
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);
Experience: Degree level education
Business/ Marketing Education
Business and financial acumen
3-5 years business experience
This role requires about 15-20% travel

This role gives the opportunity to learn and practice brand management skills on the
global level, participate in the global brand strategy development, as well as to be part
of the global product packaging & innovation projects. The GABM will obtain skills of
working with cross-functional and regional teams, as well as external partners and
agencies. This role also provides the opportunity to obtain knowledge related to global
communications and global product packaging development.
