Job scope:

This role is responsible for building and implementing Malts & non whiskies BF brands strategy in cooperation and under the supervision of the Marketing Manager SP

Main responsibilities:

1. Support the Marketing Manager in developing the Malts Marketing Plans: Define Marketing priorities, objectives, strategies, action plan and kpi’s. Work closely together with Trade Marketing & on-trade key account director to get alignment on priorities and activities. Continuously track and improve brand activation and brand experience delivered. Be the link with sales and trade to evaluate brands performance by area and upcoming opportunities. Lead the development and excellent execution 2. Communicate internally Malts brands strategy and bring on board the commercial team. Understand and build in learning from other departments. 3. Work closely together with Trade Marketing & Procurement to get alignment on priorities and activities on non-whiskies BF brands (Tequilas ,Chambord ,Finlandia vodka, Early Times…)
4. Become an ambassador internally & externally.
5. Lead & participate in cross functional teams (local and international) to develop key projects.
6. Manage and coordinate external agencies. Pitch and manage agencies involved in execution. 7. Become an expert of the different financial elements that affect the P&L management and monitor and control the A&P budget.
8. Actively seeking into consumer, brand and business insights

Must Experience: At least 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing preferable in Spirits At least Bachelor Degree in marketing / management, business administration Experience in managing agencies, create briefings & give constructive feedback Proficiency in Nielsen analysis (On & Off trade) Proven experience in budget management Fluent in French & English
