Carrier Corporation has a new exciting opportunity for an Airside Strategy Director for driving the development and execution of the global airside strategy across the world.

This strategy will include elements of:

product requirements (which will need interaction with airside product platform specialists)selling strategy (sales team structure, incentives, application engineering)manufacturing footprint and sourcing (OEM) strategy (with the operations teams)innovation in technology (like IAQ)potential identification of BD/ partnership targetsregional nuances and regulations

Key interactions will be with regional Applied SPOCs, Product Platform teams, Sales Operations, Engineering/ operations teams BD and Finance.

This position will report directly to our Global Applied Equipment President.

With more than 10 years of experience as Marketing Strategic Leader within HVAC market, you have a good understanding of the Airside segment.

You are an excellent communicator who possesses a combination of business acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills. Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
