We are seeking an experienced Regional Field Service Manager for our Microbial Solutions Division. Candidate should be located near Ecully, France

In addition to managing day-to-day human resources activities, the Regional Field Service Manager will lead a team of Service Technicians to provide customers (internal and external) technical service in Qualification, Maintenance and repair for Endosafe and Celsis products. Coordinate activities with peers and Field Operation Managers to ensure harmonized processes to meet customer and company needs. Train team members on areas of need and improvement based on reviews and job performance.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Regional Field Service Manager position.

Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Sc.) or equivalent in Engineering or Life Sciences; Microbiology, Biology or Chemistry. 5+ years of related experience (technical, laboratory or research); or Equivalent combination of education and experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Job Summary

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Regional Field service manager, basé sur notre site d'Ecully. Les principales responsabilités du poste sont :

Management d'une équipe d'une équipe technique itinérante chargée de fournir aux clients, internes et externes, une assistance technique sur nos produits Endosafe et Celsis : qualification, maintenance et réparation. Coordination des activités avec ses homologues et les managers des services opérationnels "terrain" (Field Operation) pour assurer une bonne harmonisation des process afin de répondre aux besoins des clients et de l'entreprise. Accompagnement et formation des membres de l'équipe en fonction des besoins d'amélioration et d'évolution.

Périmètre multi pays en Europe

Poste cadre à pourvoir en CDI dès que possible.

Rémunération en fonction du profil et de l'expérience professionnelle.
