Responsibilities

Hands-On Project Management

As our Project Manager, your primary focus will be managing the nitty-gritty details of marketing initiatives for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to client briefs and ensuring alignment with production requirements.
Overseeing various projects, from video production to marketing strategies and events.
Developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
Handling both virtual and physical events.
Keeping a keen eye on budgets and project progress.
Maintaining strong client relationships and managing accounts.

Qualifications

Pragmatic yet creative and Detail-Oriented

We're seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a pragmatic environment. Here's what you should bring to the table:

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you're autonomous, a self-starter, you take the initiative and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty
Effective time and budget management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills (you communicate clearly, directly and precisely -and you're at ease on the telephone when contacting our customers and service providers)- and a knack for teamwork.
Creativity: you're curious, creative and open-minded about all types of sectors and industries
Analytical mindset: you enjoy analysing results to improve our operations and deliver the best possible customer experience
Proficiency in MS Office suite and/or Google suite.
Fluent in English.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with the IT sector is a plus
