STAGE - Assistant Chef de Projets IT Stream End User Back Office

Périmètre du poste :

Accompagner les équipes projets dans leurs rôles respectifs

Assister les équipes projets dans l’organisation des sessions de « go - noGo » post cadrage et ante go-live
Veiller à la fourniture des livrables
Participer à la mise à jour du référentiel et au nettoyage de la Master data

Mettre en œuvre la conduite de changement

Mettre en œuvre le plan de communications projets auprès de nos utilisateurs
Concevoir les communications et rédiger les manuels de formation
Co-animer des formations pour les différents services (utilisateurs, support informatique, comptabilité) et s’assurer de la bonne prise en main de l’outil
Travailler en mode projet AGILE
Animer des réunions de travail
Avec les équipes projets, construire les connaissances destinées au site de Knowledge base document
Recetter les développements réalisés
Formaliser les procédures à mettre en place et mettre à jour le guide d’exploitation

Profil :

Ecole de commerce ou Ecole d’Ingénieur avec spécialisation Project Management (Bac+4/5)

Une première expérience dans la fonction serait appréciée

Organisation, rigueur, persévérance, autonomie, curiosité, discrétion (informations confidentielles)

Force de proposition et attiré par le travail en équipe

Excellente communication écrite et orale

Compétences :

Bonne maîtrise d’Excel, Sensibilité aux Systèmes d’Informations, Bon niveau d’anglais (travail avec équipes anglophones)
