THE TEAM :
You will join a 30-people team, all passionate about new technologies, video and pool table!

Generate and develop new lead generation and nurturting operations - 35%

Identify and explore all opportunities provided by organic or payable acquisition channels.

Lead funnel optimization

Provide a strong leadership/vision to improve the performance of our inbound/outbound campaigns and automations with digital marketing

Analyse results and ROI

Design and deliver exciting contents and concepts (for our website, our advertising, our marketing and sales materials) - 35%

Improve our brand recognition and reputation.

Produce valuable and engaging content on a regular basis for our website and blogs to attract, qualify and and convert new prospects

Work closely with the Sales team to support their commercial activities and objective achievements via outsanding collaterals, materials, presentations etc...

Work closely with the Product Management design marketing materials and programs

Support our International Business expansion with country specific Marketing strategies and activities aimed at strengthening our local market position - 20%

With the product team, develop product & brand positioning and argumentation aiming at elevating our company’s distinctive value proposition and competitive advantages in the target markets

Design, Plan and Execute Y2Y Marketing plan

Define and monitor KPI's and dashboards demonstrating our performance;

Create, track and report on key metrics showing the success and ROI of marketing investments

Manage budgets and deploy financial resources in a concerted and responsible fashion.

Manage third party marketing agencies and services to ensure timely deliveries and efficient use of resources

Manage the marketing team - 10 %

Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, ensuring marketing objectives are consequently delivered and executed

Coach and mentor your team members

Provide leadership through management change: right now our marketing department consist one lonely person, but we anticipate the marketing department to grow to a 3-4 staff responsibility very quickly

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor/Master degree in marketing or related field

8-10 years’ experience operationnal marketing preferably in the B2B technology solutions market

4+ years’ experience in digital lead generation, nurturing and qualification

2-3+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity

Bi-lingual or fluency in English mandatory. Other nice to speak languages : french, Deutch, Spanish, or Italian.

KEY SKILLS

You have an excellent working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress?

CRM (like Hubspot, Salesforce...) have no secrets for you?

You are an Expert in digital advertising?

You are passionated, creative, and have a disruptive attitude in problem solving?

You have excellent communication skills (written, oral and interpersonnal) ?

You enjoy analysing and taking actions, learning and growing,..

And you have a friendly personality and good team spirit?
