We are looking for our Europe Trade Marketing Manager who will be in charge of defining and implementing Regional Brands Marketing strategy through a network of distributors et retailers for CP Skin Health brands portfolio (Filorga, PCA SKIN and EltaMD).


What You’ll Do


In this role, you will be in charge of :


Driving Brands Market Share and Sell out 



Work closely with Area Managers, Distributors and Brands teams to define and run customer activation plans to drive Sell out and maximize Brands Market Share.


Implement and follow strong trade marketing plans with key distributors and retailers across all channels, in line with brand and business objectives for key categories and product ranges, including supporting key NPD launches and 360 campaigns.


Monitor off line market visibility: leverage brands awareness


Monitor online market visibility and support distributors/retailers in performance: deployment of e-strategic plans, follow digital galaxy and make improvement proposal.


Manage local POSM development for local projects and executions


Support markets brands education



Becoming a reliable Business support function 



Monitor MS performance and Brand KPIs


Share a monthly recap on trade plans ROI highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Prepare Best Practices recap.


Ensure competitive intelligence


Participate on new partners onboarding trainings 


Participate in the area events and support in the organization: brand/products launch, seminars, congresses etc.)



Sales Planning and budget management


Responsibly manage and monitor the budget spend for in-trade investments (actuals vs. plan) on retailers and key countries


This position will be based in Paris and frequent travels are expected.


Required qualifications :


You have significant professional experience in a similar function for at least 5 years, in the cosmetic industry and if possible in the European Area.


You must be very autonomous, efficient able to navigate in a matrix, able to adapt to culturally with different cultures, and result driven. 


Operational creativity will make the difference.

-Ability to work in fast paced environment, with exposure to several markets and product categories


-Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare impactful presentations


-Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.


-Driven by analytical skills, consumer insights and data


-Creativity, business-sense and curiosity mindset with the will to drive for impact in all projects


-Understanding of and passion for Innovation and Beauty industry is recommended


Qualifications


-Master's Degree or Equivalent 


-5+ Years Experience 


-English Fluent
