European E-trade Marketing Manager

Founded in 1978, Laboratoires Filorga are pioneers in the field of aesthetic medicine and specialists in injectable anti-aging solutions. Since 2019, Filorga has been part of the Skin Health branch of the Colgate Palmolive group.
Under the supervision of the Pan-european E-key account manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
1/ Pan EU-Retailers + UK retailers
Your goal is to make e-Join business plan go to life. Define, implement & follow for each retailers the key factors of success in e-retail (6P) and all the sell-out activation (trade & e-retail media):
Range & Assortment
Availability: avoid out-of-stocks, ensure sufficient week of cover.
Content: Optimize products pages & enhance our brand expression
Pricing: monitor the pricing compliance
Ratings & Reviews
Trade Plan: Responsible for the annual Coop/promotional budget (follow & optimize)
Define the best trade calendar according to our priority & the retailer trading calendar to leverage their traffic.
Define the mechanism (sampling, GWP, amount, CRM, visibility…)
Brief to studio or digital team for creatives.
Forecast: GWP, giftset, novelties…
Constructive feedback internally to optimize our offers.
Monthly Analysis on the performance (Sell out, traffic, conversion rate, AOV…) & action plan to constantly adapt our strategy.
2/ Transversal projects :
Concern all the projects that benefit for the all european e-commerce (subsidiaries, distributors):
- Digital Shelf Analytics Tools: project manager for the implementation of a new tool. Define common KPI’s, Monthly follow & share of those KPI’s
- Optimized Content (SEO description, title, A+ content): Internal spokesperson for the e-comm community to constantly adapt the content produced to the retailers real needs.
3/ Internal Upskilling
Our goal is to upskill the european subsidiaries & Export team on the e-commerce, to give them the key insights, guidelines & best practices to accelerate on e-retail.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS :
You master online trade marketing thanks to your minimum 3 year experience.
Excellent organizational skills, you are able to manage projects in autonomy; you are rigorous and proactive.
Strong consumer centricity, you are able to think in terms of the customer journey and optimize the user experience.
You are very curious and like trying and learning from your experiences and are solution driven & result oriented.
Solid analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (you’ll get to talk with differents departments& retailers); ability to prepare impactful presentations
Ability to work in a fast moving environment, with exposure to several markets.
Qualifications
Master's Degree or Equivalent
4+ Years Experience in cosmetics or FMCG.
Good knowledge of the european e-retail ecosystem
Commercial experience recommended (field or HQ).
English Fluent
