In the frame of our global digital strategy, the focus of this role has 2 main objectives:

•    Establishing and driving a roadmap for our Digital and XR projects and operation environments.

•    Active collaboration with Communications’ team in every project and operational support activity. 

The role will support the Digital Constellium organization through coordination across industrial application, external and internal website and application for brand promotion activity and operations to manage the exponential growth and usage of Digital and the successful integration of Immersive technology.  

Key Responsibilities

•    Be a recognized Digital and Immersive technology expert with knowledge across Project Management, Operations, Infrastructure, and Product management.

•    Be responsible for providing Best-in-Class project and support to ensure digital solutions and immersive platforms are available, resilient and predictable to our operators and internal customers.

•    Develop business processes and playbooks to improve internal efficiencies and support of scalable digital channels.

•    Provide technical lead and support to the Corporate Communications team for all digital projects, including website, employee experience platform (integrated app), social media channels, digital signage, various apps. 

o    Provide guidance and support on technologies and providers to identify, select and manage.

o    Supervise technical and operational aspects of digital projects in coordination with the Communications team; implement technical solutions in coordination with the IT team.

o    Ensure maintenance of digital tools and ongoing budget monitoring.

o    Ensure immediate support for critical issues and events, especially during earnings calls, and manage technical crises.

o    Be the liaison between IT and the Corporate Communications department.

•    Will be in charge to organize RFP-RFQ to find the best in class/cost effective external partner on Digital and XR technologies.

•    Will partner with technology, infrastructure, regulatory and local IT and will have unparalleled opportunities to work across boundaries.

•    Manage the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.

•    Manage the identification of risks and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.

•    Design and implement innovative XR solutions with our partners and teams.

Experience

•    8+ years of software design and digital architecture and Web.

•    Experience in solutioning complex and challenging business requirements and digitizing complex end-to-end business flows and processes.

•    Experience and proficiency in agile development methodologies.

•    Demonstrated experience with designing, implementing, and deploying scalable and performant web and mobile applications at global scale.

•    Knowledge on project management.

Experience in any of the following will be relevant:

•    Demonstrated experience with designing, implementing, and deploying scalable and performant web applications at global scale.

•    Demonstrated experience on end to end XR projects (Augmented/ Mixed/ virtual Reality).

•    Demonstrated success in participating in digital transformation at scale within a large, global matrix organization.

•    Strong understanding of new and emerging platforms and other innovative digital tools, with special focus in XR & Communications technologies.

•    Ability to convert business challenges into clear problem statements and well-articulated systemic process solutions.

•    Experience and proficiency in agile development methodologies.

•    Ability to communicate and synthesize business requirements into actionable solutions.

•    Work independently and able to manage large scale initiatives.

•    Experience on most common use API's in web (mailing system, search engine).

•    Experience on mobile application management with Apple Dev and Google Play consoles.

•    Experience with modern development languages/technologies & platforms (Python, Java ASP.NET, HTML etc. ).

•    Experience in generic protocols (IP stack) as well as industry specifics and proprietary interfacing (APIs, webservices..) DNS, certificates.

Languages

•    Fluent written and spoken English is essential. French/German would be a plus.
