Mission:
Reporting: Director, Global Influencer Marketing & PR Manager.
This role supports the Director, in building the global PR/influencer marketing strategy, with a strong focus on PR and Influencer Marketing to drive brand awareness and visibility WW. The Manager will also help lead local implementation of PR/IM strategies, working closely with the markets to use the power of traditional and digital media to facilitate and inspire connections and engagement between the fragrances and its target audiences.
The Manager requires the ability to work closely with direct manager based in Paris offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Media & Digital teams, DTC teams on top of key license contacts.
Responsibilities:
Manage, develop and execute global PR & Influencer marketing activities and guidelines to maximize press coverage, digital awareness and positive consumer engagement
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and implement PR/IM guidelines and strategies with the ability to think out of the box; provide comprehensive global communications platforms for local markets guidance & implementation, including:
Editorial press and influencer marketing tools and collaterals
PR/IM/Event activations guidelines
Influencer and PR events
Ambassador activations
Calendars/Local Activation Timelines
Support local programs, preparation and execution on global and local level
Work closely with the Digital & media teams to ensure a 360 degree partnership for print, digital and social media coverage
Maintain interaction and communication with global agency and local Influencer Marketing teams, facilitate and coordinate local exploitation of activities
Manage license, brand holders and multi-functional team alignment and approval processes
Oversee day-to-day budget management and supplier payments
Track, analyze, and monitor monthly print press, digital & influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy
Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape
Skills & experience required:
6+ years of relevant beauty PR experience at global level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across the organization at all levels
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details
Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task
Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential nature
Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing
Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas
Experience working within a global scope
Hard-working, self-motivated and passionate about the beauty industry
Proficiency in English
