Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible of executing and optimizing Paid search, Banner Ad for the Crocs Japan organic site and major marketplaces site with the highest quality. As a member of the Japan eCommerce team, you will be part of dynamic group responsible for executing the traffic driven to eCommerce activities required to meet the company's financial goals & customer engagement objectives to bring profound comfort, fun, colourful and innovation to the world's feet.You will be reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate very closely with the rest of the e-commerce team and other teams in Crocs Japan and Global.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Execute, Set up, optimize and monitor SEM and Network advertisement for the organic for the Crocs Japan organic site and major marketplaces site
Evaluating Paid search, Banner AD, and Paid Social campaigns for their effectiveness and ROI together with finding opportunities to constantly optimize for reaching the set KPI targets; supporting the Digital Marketing Manager for building the digital strategy and budget
Collaborate with Merchandising, Onsite Merchandising and Brand Marketing teams to align with the best go-to-market strategy
Manage part of the Digital Marketing budget to ensure an optimal allocation by market to achieve revenue targets
Feed optimization and campaign tracking set up
Keep your knowledge up to date with the latest industry trends and new features;
Knowledge of DMP roll out is a plus
Skills and Experience
At least a bachelor's degree
2-3 years of proven Digital Advertising experience building up and managing campaigns across Paid Search, Banner AD, SNS
Good understanding of SEO, Paid Search, Banner AD, Paid Social.
Analytical mind set, detail oriented, good with numbers and capable to create forecasts on how to optimize the available marketing budget within different markets and in line with the business goals/KPIs;
Demonstrate knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Criteo and Google Dashboard
Being familiar with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager
Proven ability in manually optimizing and effectively expanding each Marketing channel(revenue driven)
Good knowledge of feed management and tracking implementation – knowledge of Channable is a plus
Innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize multiple projects
Detailed planning balanced by flawless execution;
Fluent Japanese. Preferably English skill both verbal and written is a strong plus.
High communicate Skill with E-commerce team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel. Power Point)
Advance knowledge of Excel is required
Innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize multiple projects
Self-starter who works well in Digital Marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
