Dietsmann is a global key player in the field of Operation & Maintenance of Oil & Gas production facilities. The Group is now growing on new activities to complete the historical core business range of services.

The Dietsmann Smart Labs have been created in 2019 to answer market needs and bring energy production sites maintenance to the next level through robotics and artificial intelligence.

As part of this challenging development, you are in charge of defining the marketing strategy to sell the products (robot, connected glasses…) to our current clients as well as potential ones.

The goal is to capitalize on Dietsmann expertise and track record to define the best products, create added-value and bring competitive advantage, while respecting the Group’s corporate identity and values.

YOUR MISSION

Working closely with the Dietsmann Smart Labs team, you will have the following missions:

Plan our Smart Labs’ marketing strategy Design the necessary visuals Select the best tools to communicate on our New Tech with the help of the Communication Dept. Follow its proper implementation Benchmark what our competitors do Find the right channels to reach (potential) clients Set up and manage clients/partners database Gather information from our different countries on (potential) clients Monitor, report and improve product performance Follow sales and define revenue and profit forecasts Travel to wherever is needed to meet our New Tech teams and partners

YOUR PROFILE

Master Degree in Marketing or Engineering with a first experience on a Marketing role in the industrial or engineering sector Ability to adapt to a highly technical environment Experience in an international company is preferred Analytical, organizational and communication skills Creative thinking, team spirit, flexible, proactive Excellent computer skills Graphic design skills is a plus Fluent English written and spoken French is a plus
