Who are we looking for: As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a vital role in creating and executing integrated campaigns at all stages of the sales and marketing funnel. You will build relationships with the sales teams and work closely with them to align to and support their needs. In essence, you will drive awareness and demand, provide the sales tools, campaigns, events and targeting assistance needed to help the sales team prospect effectively and accelerate their pipeline. Responsibilities: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build pipeline and mature existing opportunities; this includes strategy, creative direction, campaign objectives, and validation Develop strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns including tactics such as webinars, SEM/remarketing, social advertising, native advertising, automated outbounds, etc. to build a lead database and increase qualified opportunity creation Select and manage local events targeting the marketing buyer. Events should optimize branding opportunities as well as generating MQLs for local sales teams. Manage pre and post-event follow-up and measurement with the sales team. Develop measure and refine email and progressive nurturing campaigns with marketing automation Manage and optimize lead scoring and nurturing models Manage, track, report, and present programs budgets by channel - campaign costs, performance, and ROI through the demand generation lifecycle Manage sales/marketing pipeline metrics and ROI analysis; work with cross-functional teams to manage and present weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics on marketing revenue performance management. Leverage Hubspot and Salesforce to build reports, analyze data and efficiently collaborate with Sales Manage a team of 15 (worldwide) in planning & execution Requirements: BA, BS or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field Experience in dealing with B2B acquisition is a must Approx. 5 - 7 years of proven, successful global inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis, and reporting across channels, products, and verticals Experience in Inbound Marketing and Demand Generation with expertise in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce and Hubspot Previous experience marketing SaaS, web technology platforms, and solutions Demonstrable success in creating, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across channels with a track record of success achieving KPIs in the high tech B2B space Previous experience managing multichannel marketing budgets and processes Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to matrix well across all organizational stakeholders, particularly Sales and Marketing Creative, resourceful, and out-of-the-box thinker What do we offer: We offer a motivating package with a fixed salary, as well as: A fantastic opportunity to truly be involved in the development and growth of a company plugged in to what's trending in all businesses worldwide, Multiple job evolution opportunities in various places, 3 days of homeworking per week, allowing you to get the best of the two worlds Easy-going atmosphere, meal vouchers, reimbursement of transportation fees (50%).
