Responsibility
We are looking for our healthcare marketing product manager.
The job is reporting to the head of marketing. The prime responsibility is to manage the life cycle of our medical products globally, from needs to Go To market.
Strategic positioning of the healthcare portfolio, in context of our long-term strategic goals and our short-term financial goals. Customer Needs understanding and translation into use cases. Manage and execute the product development deadlines in cooperation with the engineering teams (application, hardware, AI and supply chain). Develop, own and execute the marketing plans with the sales team and communication teams. Coordinate key deliverables with the medical, advocacy teams, regulatory and market access teams. Management of the product improvement prioritization and end of life.You drive your portfolio to optimize sales growth.
You are also responsible for the adequacy, rollout and adherence to the training and marketing material across the life cycle.
You regularly monitor market trends and competition in order to evolve your product portfolio.
Experience and skills
Deep proven experience in designing customer centric experiences throughout customer decision journey, in the digital healthcare world. This includes KOL management. Experience in the healthcare, and e-health global environment, including regulatory constraints in terms of Go to Market. Ideally has gone to market with at least one medical device. You are familiar with the reimbursement process in the major countries. Comfort in portfolio management, pricing (SaaS pricing particularly) and financial metrics Proven ability to understand and manage, in cooperation with the Deign teams, the product life cycle. Has managed technical milestones and can challenge technical choices. Outstanding execution skills. Expected high communication and influential skills to convince both external (customer, partners…) and internal stakeholders. Has practiced value selling skills, SPIN… Has driven and gone through several innovation cycles. Has developed digital products following agile methodologies. Managed designed thinking workshops with an ecosystem (professionals, partners, patients, insurances).Profile
Double background: Engineer and Marketing is a Must At least 5-10 years of experience in product management Healthcare and e-health / telemedicine knowledge. Wearables experience is a plus. Fluent in English. French - German a plus. Experience in product life cycle management (technical side and marketing side, ideally in EU and the US). Key Opinion Leader management Experience in digital marketing. Understanding of a sales operation, ideally LAER model.Location is flexible. Trips are envisioned for customer visits, exhibitions/fairs and also in Paris and Nancy in France.
