International Brands Deployment Marketing Manager (H/F) - CDI

DBI headquarter is located in Rueil-Malmaison, greater Paris area, with subsidiaries across Europe (DACH, Italy, Iberia, Eastern Europe). Its Supply Chain center (manufacturing and logistics) is based in Autun, Burgundy, where more than 5 billion tights have been produced since DIM was founded !

To accompany us in this adventure, we are looking for our future International Brands Deployment Marketing Manager (M/F) based in DBI Headquarter in Rueil-Malmaison, Paris area, France.



Key Responsibilities :




As International Brands Deployment Marketing Manager and reporting to Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent and effective deployment of our international brands DIM and Playtex, across multiple international markets. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies that align with our brands positioning and identity while adapting to regional specificities.


Your focus will be on expanding brand awareness, maintaining brand consistency and driving DIM business growth on a global scale and across all channels of trade.




Your main responsibilities will be:





Develop and execute international marketing strategies that are in line with the company's brand objectives and guidelines.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global brand strategies to specific market needs.
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support brand growth and visibility in each market.
Monitor international advertising, digital and social media efforts and execution to ensure consistency and effectiveness, coordinating with DBI Communication and Media Manager.
Analyze market trends and consumers & competitors’ behaviors to identify opportunities and challenges for our brands’ development and deployment in new markets, coordinating with the Brand Marketing Director and the Export Sales teams.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess the success of the brand deployment efforts.
Provide guidance and marketing packages and toolkits and support for product launches and events to ensure brand alignment.
Work closely with Brand teams to fully exploit brand positioning and ensure brand consistency.





Your profile:




We are currently seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and skills:



A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. An MBA would be considered a plus.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of proven experience in international marketing, brand management, or marketing.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and consumer insights.
Exceptional project management and leadership skills are essential for this role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting is necessary for effective decision making.
Being multilingual is crucial, with proficiency in French and English being mandatory. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
International experience will be highly valued.
The candidate should be available to travel frequently across Europe and globally to meet business requirements.
