JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Essilor Brand Experience Manager will join the Essilor Brand team, which leads transversal projects and aims at coordinating brands activities related to communication and activation plans.
He/she will be responsible for delivering the vision of an exceptional Essilor Brand experience in optical stores, by:
> Driving innovation for in-store experience, leveraging test and learn approach
> Engaging consumers through a powerful storytelling and an unsurpassed level of services in our partner stores, across all touchpoints, to drive brand growth.
This role will act as a project manager working across different functions, to ensure timely and effective development and delivery of the aligned strategic plan.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
> Define Essilor Brand experience vision for consumers, tailored to both independent ECPs and group’s retail banners, strongly linking lenses and instruments (from diagnostic to dispensing).
> Develop dedicated demonstration tools, to showcase our brand’s technologies superiority and differentiation, making the invisible visible.
> Develop relevant training path for eye care professionals to bring to life the Brand’s storytelling, facilitating dispensing and sell-out.
> Drive & coordinate test and learn initiatives for in-store and staff training, to provide best possible consumer experience, and expand at a broader scale.
> Monitor impact of experience implemented on sales and growth, to define best practices and possible improvements
> Develop & coordinate in-store guidelines across lenses and instruments, to support the market’s strategies
> In collaboration with insights team and based on trends, identify & recommend consumer experience innovation opportunities for Essilor Brand, exploring future retail and omnichannel experience dynamics
SKILLS REQUESTED :

· Ability to work both in team and independently in a matricial environment

· Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
· Solution-oriented and know how to work in a moving environment.
· Knowledge of B2B2C challenges is a plus
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- French or Italian
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
• Educational Background; Business School / Master of business administration Degree, marketing / communication major
• 5/ 7 years of experience in Retail or Brand Experience roles, in selective channels
• Optical or pharmaceutical background is a plus
