About the Job The Digital Marketing and Media assistant will support the full team to accelerate the roadmap and projects deployments, that includes : Project management to implement new solutions or optimize existing ones (Trend Newsletter in partnership with Consumer Insight team, Tagger, EMPLIFY, Launchmetrics, Social Listening upcoming tool) Network Coordination with regional Brand teams and affiliates to ensure fast track on project knowledge and adoption, and a strong best practices approach (identification, gathering and sharing) leveraging existing community management tools such as Microsoft Teams, and supporting the organization and agenda of the key meetings (QBR, Monthly...). Running regular and ad hoc analysis on the existing tools for Corporate or specific to Brands (GA, EMPLIFY...) Provide competitive analysis report on specific strategic topics (social selling) Support the adaptation and cascading of Global recommendation, playbook and guidelines Implement trackers to ensure key initiatives are properly executed at the regional and local level Qualifications About You Available 12 or 24 months starting June 2023 Studying in University or Business school Organized, detail oriented, with an ability to multitask and run operational tasks Knowledge of business, marketing, digital and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite Loves digital marketing and social media, with a particular love for TikTok, and is always up-to-date with the most recent innovations and trends especially in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) Advanced English both written and verbal Analytical thinking : you are a strategic thinker who is interested in data-driven decision making and are curious about how to use analytics to guide marketing and creative campaign thinking, implementation and support.
