Position Summary:
• Develops and deploys the e-commerce activation plan to drive sales for all e-commerce channels (brand.com, retail.com and PP) of their brand(s)
• Builds and runs e-commerce strategies and animations. Cascades to affiliates and supports their execution. Monitors e-commerce P&L
• Provides inputs to setting online P&L with brand VP, drives the execution and owns the delivery of target 
• Manages and issues quarterly reporting with regional brands and affiliates to improve KPI’s and drive ROI guidelines
Scope: Regional 
Job Description:
DEVELOPS ONLINE BRAND STRATEGY tailoring EMEA online strategy, to brand specifics, to drive sales for all e-commerce channels
• Responsible for driving online sales
• Plans the marketing activities and development and deployment of the regional online marketing plan to drive the overall net sales objective to work on main e-commerce KPI’s of the brand sites
• Increases conversion rate, new % of buyers and decreasing one-time buyer rate
• Works with the markets on retailer sites and pure players, works on strong yearly animation plans to gain market share and successfully launch new markets
• Monitors online OPEX spending and NS profitability, makes OPEX recommendation to Brand
• Monitor consumer and market insight to drive innovation and relevancy
• Monitors brand equity and ensures brand guidelines are properly executed in all markets, finding right balance between brand building and promotional activities


RUNS E-COMMERCE ACTIVITIES
• Runs e-commerce animation plans in collaboration with Regional and Global brands
• Works with Global on EMEA needs such as assets, calls to action and the consumer journey
• Ensures EMEA aligns with the Global Teams on what can be produced, and which calls to action to use with a marketing funnel approach
• Coordinates with demand planning / supply chain and customer service team
• Acts as main point of contact for brand e-commerce queries
• Collaborates with the markets to provide best digital media recommendations
• Coordinates with Global online team and acts as main POC, maintaining clear communication plans, reporting and learning with major stakeholders, in New York and Globally


PROVIDES ONLINE ANALYSIS
• Conducts Pre and post ROI analysis
• Manage and issue quarterly reporting covering sale and online activities to regional brand / affiliates / global brand with learning and insights to improve KPIS’s and drive ROI guidelines
• Leads and coordinates recurring meetings with regional brand teams and affiliates to provide performance analysis of both net sales results, brand online strategy and media investment performance
• Propose, implement, execute KPI’s and proposes mitigation plans when needed

Qualifications

•6+ Years Experience
• English Fluent  
Practical e-commerce platforms knowledge.
• Needs to be a creative thinker, problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once, have attention to detail and do not hesitate to jump into action as a quick doer.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and priorize in between.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner taking in account the international environment and complexity of any culture.
• International exposure. Able to work with cross-functional, multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
• Able to work in both highly complex and matrix organizations.
• Must be able to translate offline brand vision to the online channel and execute strategies that lead the company consistently towards that vision. Must mirror the values and positioning of the brand at all times.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
• Comfortable using Google Analytics 360° and Data Studio
• Able to work with engineers in an agile mode.
• Able to work with publishing/digital agencies.
