Reporting directly to the Head of Global Brand Marketing, you will integrate the Brand & Content team which has a cross-market function within Evaneos. This means you will also interact with a larger community of local marketers & product teams.
For the right candidate, this Paris-based role offers the exciting challenge of *defining and executing our brand campaigns & social activations *to accelerate and make us an inspiring industry leader.
The main focus for this role are both :
Lead the Brand & Social Media management to spread brand love & engagement everywhere Support marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive awareness, *brand growth & engagement. *Leading and designing the Brand & Social positioning with strong impact on awareness, influence & consistency
Driving the social strategy for all social channels, with clear understanding of how to target relevant audience segments through which content format and on which platform
Implementing new social tools to ensure efficiency in our way to publish & manage social content
Making our brand assets, guidelines & messaging up-to-date anytime
Ensuring a brand coordination with all the teams and stakeholder to deliver consistent messages & brand identity everywhere.
Developing brand & social communication strategies and guide creative execution with brand & creative experts
Supporting internals teams (local markets, Acquisition & crm teams) to create and implement annual campaign plans in line with business KPI’s (lead generation, awareness, retention, conversion …)
Owning content production process (briefing agency, retroplanning) to deliver communication materials
Being the brand & social campaign point of contact to other areas of the business : create and agree project timelines, agreeing creative approach, translation processes, seeking approvals, overseeing launch to market and internal communication
Leading the inhouse creative team : creative project manager & artistic director (2 seniors - 2 junior people) with a strong focus on helping them to prioritize & communicate the whole creative content production needs
Coordinate the Social Media Community & Committee
Analysing our brand positioning, consumer insights, social competitors activities and translate them into recommendations and actions
Analysing success of campaigns with locals & data team to ensure a continuous creative assets optimization
Even though you will be guardian of the brand and have a creative flair, the role will have a heavy focus on brand growth.
This means that you will have experience in how Social media, content marketing, seasonal campaigns, brand advertising all come together to deliver brand growth.
You will need to have excellent project managing skills and attention to detail and have experience in the planning, execution and measurement of social & brand creative campaigns.
Additionally :
Passion about growing brands
Experience in managing creative agencies (TV, Media, Social) & creative people
Demonstrate creativity and strong curiosity to other brands
Have a minimum 5 years in brand and social roles
Know how to manage teams and projects to deliver on-time results
Native or have fluency in English
