Missions:

In collaboration with the EviDenS de Beauté Global Marketing Team you will participate in:

Marketing Strategy & Competition Analysis:

- Participate in the implementation of the marketing strategy in terms of product innovation

- Identify white space based on product architecture opportunities, market trends, sub-category evolution

- Identify current skincare trends & analyze competitors: Sell-in & Sell-out, field & competitive studies, benchmark, price study

Product Development:

- Participate in the elaboration of product development briefs for packagings and formulas

- Coordinate between R&D Team and suppliers in Asia, and Packaging and Logistics Teams in France

- Create and follow up dedicated retroplans

- Develop marketing tools: product book, product files, evaluation tests highlight

- Participate in the implementation of 360° product activation strategy in cooperation with communication, press relations, digital, web, trade & retail departments

Operational:

- Prepare agendas, presentations, visuals, mock-ups for international meetings

- Coordinate with creative and translation agencies

- Update the existing artworks vs. potential changes linked to regulations, marketing wording, claims etc.

Profile:

- Bac +4/+5 or Master’s degree in Marketing or International Business

- Passion & sensitivity for the world of beauty and/or luxury

- Ideally, you have a first successful experience in marketing in the beauty and/or luxury industry

- Excellent written and spoken English and French. Chinese or Japanese is a plus.

- Essential qualities: solution driven, very strong interpersonal & analytical skills, multi-tasking, preciseness and curiosity, attention to details, creative side is a must

- Microsoft Office (Advanced)
