Communication Manager

The role:

The Communication Manager is in charge of the communication strategy development and implementation for one or several specifics areas (internal communication, external communication, customers communication, press relations). He/she is responsible for the budget.

The main missions of the role are:

Convey through appropriate media a coherent message to reinforce the image and reputation of Faurecia Interiors Business Group Define a communication plan and follow the implantation and the associated budget Ensure that the BG's strategy and performance is well understood internally and/or externally Lead major corporate strategic projects with appropriate communication plans Support the Country Communication Managers when relevant depending scope of strategic projects Provide advice and support to Senior Managers for their functional, or Divisions communication Oversee, build, and maintain public relations activities, including the management of relationship with the media, public/government officials, and relevant professional associations Identify and manage appropriate external agencies Lead the internal Business Group communication to all employees

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level: Higher education degree (bachelors, master, MBA) in Marketing, communication, journalism, or other business/management related field

Experience:

More than 5 years of professional experience in corporate communication Experience in an international environment is a plus

Nice to have: Experience abroad and Industrial / B to B experience
