As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll be an exceptional operational leader who thrives by collaborating across nearly all of the functions of the business. This position reports directly to the Europe GM and will be critical to the continued success of Fieldwire!

What You'll Be Doing

A day in the life as the Strategy & Operations Manager at Fieldwire will find you constantly working to solve problems across all of our business units ultimately leaving you with a day of:

Constantly collaborating with the Europe GM and the other functional leaders across all business units of Fieldwire
Developing and executing on our European marketing plans and strategies
Supporting and maintaining our European growth strategy



The primary responsibilities of our next Strategy & Operations Manager will be to:

Partner with the General Manager of Fieldwire Europe on both strategy and operations
Structure and drive special projects with team members across functions (sales, marketing, product) as well as with Hilti teams, balancing scope, speed and quality
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and lead initiatives, for instance in marketing, to support account go-to-market plans (e.g., developing target market segmentation and prioritization for marketing activities, optimizing inbound strategy across channels and markets)
Define KPIs to help measure, optimize, and focus the sales and marketing activities
Juggle a portfolio of priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Contribute to a positive team environment that promotes learning, high performance, and successful cross-department collaboration


At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Strategy & Operations Manager to have the following skills and experiences:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years of work experience in a combination of strategy and operations roles (strategy consulting, business operations, investment banking/private equity, or equivalent fields)
Highly organized and self-motivated with distinctive problem-solving capabilities
Excellent analytical aptitude and experience with data analytics tools, modeling and reporting
Strong project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build clear, concise presentations
Comfortable handling high-pressure situations calmly and positively. Resolutely reliable, responsive and thriving in fast-paced startup environment with an openness to change course as needed
Self-aware, curious and constantly seeking excellence through learning and growth
Open to receiving and providing feedback in an honest and considerate manner
Excited about making a long-term commitment and contribution to Fieldwire

Where is the job located?

This role is based in Paris. We are based in shared offices in the center of Paris, near the Opéra Garnier, easily accessible by all forms for public transportation.
