Your mission

Lead the marketing support to Prestige regional customers, working hand in hand with our sales force and creation team
Translate relevant trends, marketing & consumer insights into inspiring fragrance solutions 
Support growth strategies and contribute to our differentiation along the creation process, leveraging perfumer inspiration, reason to believe, market insights, consumer insights, trends expertise, ingredients storytelling and innovation capabilities 
Identify with sales/creation teams future opportunities to develop business and design action plan, proactively support our customers in thinking the future in coherence with their DNA
Continuously develop expertise including collaborating with technical/innovation/expert teams
Identify relevant “hot” topics to explore and lead as transversal initiatives, contribute to setting strategies and action plans to achieve objectives with the Marketing Director and team

You bring

Degree in Marketing, Social Science, business administration or equivalent.
5-10 years related experience within the perfumery or beauty companies
Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to high level executives
Leading through vision & values, ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Passion and curiosity for fragrance, innovation and entrepreneurship
Advanced PowerPoint skills
