The Senior Field Marketing Manager, is responsible for driving growth, field enablement, and support of the Gigamon go-to-market strategy. Reporting to the Director of EMEA Marketing, this role will develop, execute, and measure campaign-focused marketing plans and lead generation programs for the South Central region (France, Italy, Spain, DACH & Eastern Europe). They will align closely with the EMEA direct and channel sales teams and be able to translate campaigns and launch objectives into highly effective marketing programs and tactics for the territory, such as direct marketing and awareness campaigns, seminars and events, promotions, and follow-up on all activities. They will work closely with the local Channel Account Managers to build enablement and lead generation plans with key channel partners (integrators and distribution) across the region and see them through to execution and measurement.
The Field Marketing Manager will collaborate with the wider marketing team to continuously deliver ROI reporting metrics on all executed programs, adhere to lead tracking system and guidelines, manage lead-flow follow-up process within Salesforce.com, and provide marketing reviews on a regular basis.
The candidate will have a track record of executing successful and measurable campaigns, a desire to be part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative and successful team, and an ability to bring forth creative, outside-the-box ideas for disseminating the Gigamon message.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute overall marketing plan for demand creation and awareness for South Central regions Execute webinars, events, regional trade shows, email campaigns, and joint channel activities in support of marketing plan Ensure tight alignment of spend against high return by analyzing and reporting full funnel contribution against marketing activities Track market, channel and business trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly Ensure sales team and channel partners are armed with all available sales tools and training for them to be successful Provide account-based marketing support for select key accountsDesired Skills and Experience
