Reporting the Commercial Director of the Digital Branch (Ascenz Marorka), we are looking for the Commercial and Strategic Partnership Manager (m/f) of this new company that will be responsible for the building and managing the network for resellers, strategic and commercial partners worldwide.

Duties
- Scout for Partners in the strategic areas and regions
- Assess the rational and the objectives of the partnership
- Conduct the assessment of the partnership candidates: motivation, technical skills, personnel’s behavior, commercial footprint, sales track record, reputation, domain knowledge…
- Conduct the legal due diligence (according to Group procedures and ISO 37001 requirements)
- Negotiate the contracts and supervise the contracting process and paperwork
- Conduct regular training of the partners’ personnel
- Facilitate the communication between head office and the partners
- Set objectives and KPIs for the partners
- Regularly evaluate the performance of the partners
- Provide technical, commercial and marketing support to the partners
- Manage conflicts between the partners and/or between the partners and the head office
- Help the partners win deals
- Hel the partner organize local marketing events
- Report regularly on the activity
Your Profile
Graduate of a Business School or an Engineering School with 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a technological environment.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in business management or similar field
- Strong leadership skills and traits
- Marketing and sales experience
- Self-driven and autonomous
- Hunter type with ability to close the deals
- Practical knowledge of Shipping and Offshore sectors is an advantage
- Business English, verbal and written
- Ability to travel 60-80 days per year

The package is composed of a fixed salary, a bonus upon sales objectives and additional advantages (intéressement, participation, rtt, etc..).
The position is based in the south-west of Paris IdF with 2 days of home working per week and the possibility to work from Paris center office.
