Our client is a fast-growing Medical Device company providing innovative solutions to the Healthcare market. We have been tasked to find and recruit a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help the company drive its operational excellence while working in a young friendly and ambitious team in an international working environment.

The candidates can be based anywhere in Europe.

To be successful in this role, you must have significant experience in Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Outbrain advertisement, organic lead generation, and to be able to implement omnichannel marketing campaigns. You are perfect for this role if you have demonstrable success experience in content writing and digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities will include:

Work closely with top management and sales team to develop the optimal products roadmap and build brand awareness from marketing product roadmap to execution Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics and measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget Ownership of the pilot product launches, executions and monitoring as well as execute all product launch presentations, and create and conduct training for multiple teams

Key skills and experience required:

At least 4 years of proven successful digital marketing experience Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and similar platforms is a must for the role Demonstrable success in digital communications and content-driven campaigns Experience in Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Outbrain advertisements, organic lead generation Fluency in English, both written and spoken Ability to implement omnichannel marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media and email marketing Educated to degree level in Marketing or equivalent in relevant field Highly capable of using lead management, data and digital engagement tactics and techniques
