Key Responsibilities
PLAN & ACTIVATE
Plan & execute market research and concept testing to consumers and pharmacists Define the Launch product range and key focus areas ensuring sufficiency and competitiveness. Define the 12-18 month campaign and promotional calendar in line with business and marketing objectives, strategy and brand guidelines Define, plan and execute the ATL activities including local marketing assets, and management of brand sponsorship & partnership agreements together with local agencies, ensuring adherence to global brand equity and global/regional strategy Develop and flawlessly execute BTL campaigns including but not limited to instore visibility initiatives, detailing programmes, pharmacist engagement, in-pharmacy media, in line with marketing/campaign objectives Manage the effective communication of Marketing activities to the Sales Managers and Field Sales Representatives and contribute to continuous improvement of pharmacist engagement programmes and shopper activities Lead post campaign analysis and contribute to optimize brand support model. Manage local marketing agencies together with Marketing Director. Own management of marketing spending budget Act as a brand champion, ensuring brand equity and guidelines are upheld in all communicationsSUPPORT INNOVATION
Support the localisation of regional and global innovation initiatives as well as identify and evaluate the potential of local opportunities for innovation to contribute to influencing the regional and global innovation pipeline. Actively contribute to developing and executing flawless NPD launches in your markets with support from relevant regional/global departments.MONITOR & MANAGE
Own brand, category and market performance review Drive understanding of category dynamics, consumer behaviours Track, review and analyse competitors’ activity and performance so as to positively influence marketing plans and recommend corrective actions Review and analyse internal and external brand KPIs to help maximise sales and profitabilitySkills & Attributes

Marketing/Business degree qualified Min 8 years in-market experience in an FMCG/OTC environment. Baby Nutrition and/or Food supplement experience is a strong plus. Experience of the pharmacy channel is a must. Internationally minded French native speaker with perfect fluency in English is a must. Experience in communication development and media planning across multiple channels is a must. Good understanding of cross functional working to deliver products to marketTerms & Conditions
