The Marketing Direction of Hennessy is looking for an International Senior Brand Manager - Hennessy Very Special (W/M).

As a key pillar of the Premium Marketing Team, the Senior Brand Manager will actively contribute to the elaboration and implementation of various strategies and programs, strengthening the global brand positioning and supporting the global business goals of Hennessy Very Special.

Reporting directly to the Global Brand Director, he/she will BE an empowered owner of various projects driving engagement with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.

Main Missions & responsabilities

International brand management

Thanks to his/her business acumen and marketing know-how, plus learned knowledge of the global Hennessy business the SBM will :
- Lead, develop, and implement 360 strategies and programs delivering against long-term brand strategy.
- Identify new insights, trends, and opportunities to develop the brand.
- Build strong transversal relationships with internal departments and stakeholders, external agencies and markets leads.

International project management and development

As a project leader, the Senior Brand Manager will :
- Comply with the development schedule to manage project, on scope, on time, on budget.
- Study creative solutions in line the brand identity while being thorough in the economic feasibility and technical analysis.
- Manage change within the development process to find creative solutions to deliver vs scope
- Coordinate marketing activities with markets to ensure impact for the consumer
- Manage the allocated budget and resources with agility
- Conduct a post-mortem analysis of key projects to integrate key learnings

Education
Master in marketing or business

Languages
Bilingual French/English

Professional experience & know how :
- 5 years of experience in brand management in at market or global level. Preferred experience in product development & W&S
- Good knowledge of the international culture
- Aesthetic, cultured, curious, understanding of luxury

Technical & management skills
- Marketing & leadership skills
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Project management skills, BE able to manage different projects at the same time through a matrix organization
- Creativity and innovation management
- Action and solution oriented, drive for results, customer focus

Personal & interpersonal skills :
- Functional management and influence skills to BE able to work with a wide range of people to achieve common goal
- Flexible and growth mindset approach towards problem solving, ability to respond to field feedback,
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

- Capacity to deal with ambiguity within a complex environment, to successfully adapt to different stakeholders
