Missions et responsabilités

Work in IP Professional Service team, as a Technical Expert to provide the professional service for client in France.

Responsible for the network design\optimize\consult, technical solutions review, technical implementation, or technical support of the project.
This position will need a traveling in France. It depends on the project.
· Presale part
o Be in charge of the presales POC test, provide POC test report.
o Analyze the special requirement with Product Manager, R&D, help Product Manager to make the decision of development.
o Be the interface between client and R&D for the new feature clarification, follow the feature develop process, manage the project, and update information in project team.
· After sale part
o Lead professional service sales and delivery. Manage project schedule, update project status periodically.
o Communicate with client, analyze the project requirements, provide HLD/LLD design.
o Deployment, configuration.
o Technical document delivery in French or English.
o Lead Product training to partner or customer.

Expérience, formation et compétences souhaitées

Be familiar with the IP product configuration (Router, Switch) Be familiar with the routing protocol (RIP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP) Be familiar with Layer 2 switch protocol (STP, 802.1q, LACP) Be familiar with VPN. (MPLS L3VPN, L2VPN, VPLS, VLL) Be familiar with QOS (Rate limit, MQC, policing, shaping) Feel comfortable for English environment. English fluent for oral and written. Knowledge of MPLS TE, SDN, VxLAN, EVPN will be advantage. Cisco Certification CCNP/CCIE will be an advantage.
