Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible to support the execution of campaigns and communication plan for IFS in France.

Responsibilities will include:

Execution of paid social campaigns, analyse results, refresh content and make required changes to deliver against KPI's
Creation and execution of the organic social calendar for the French market
Manage relationship with the external PR agency, and be the first point of contact for the creation of press releases and media alerts
Support execution of email and direct mail campaigns as well as landing page creation and report on results
Maintain the customer landing page with current content
Support with events (roundtables, webinars, conferences, trade shows) meeting content deadlines, coordination of logistics, help with data processing
Localisation and regular updates of IFS.com in French
Support ABM projects with collating information and building landing pages
Creation of purchase orders

Qualifications

Recent  marketing, communications or business graduate with internship experience and/or up to 3 years work experience in the B2B marketing environment preferably within the software industry
Experience of using Martech tools such as Marketo, Sitecore, CRM database and LinkedIn Campaign Manager would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English is required
Good presentation skills and ability and confidence to interact with internal/external customers
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and able to work independently and proactively.
