Role
Support Business Development & Product Management: objective to ensure optimal use of assets in line with market strategies, develop a coordinated approach in product marketing, and to grow organically & inorganically, by conducting strategic analyses, leading specific projects, and developing / implementing recommendations
Responsibililites
Conduct strategic analyses feeding decision making
Conduct selected strategic analyses (e.g. new market, new application) to support growth opportunities (organic or inorganic)
Project Management
Lead key strategic projects for the BA from end to end, relating to transversal Product Management topics, product marketing, industrial footprint, M&A, organic growth, etc., in collaboration with BA functions such as markets, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, communication etc.
Product Marketing
Build a structured and homogenous approach to product marketing across the BA, including designing, building and managing single product database / library including specifications, fit for use, Technical Data Sheet, Stock-keeping unit documents, homogeneous training materials etc...
For all topics:
Source, analyze, challenge information inside and outside our organization, select and provide recommendation
Develop Internal consensus and buy-in on topics
Prepare & present to senior management for decision making
Accountability
Provide strategic analysis on product management and business development
Lead the implementation of some projects
Support Product knowledge management
Title, position in the organization and grading:
Reporting to: PM EMEA Strategy & Business Development Manager
Main external stakeholders: Product Manager, Marketing Directors, Operations, PM EMEA Management Team
Grading: L5

Ability to craft and present compelling Business cases and Analyses supporting key developments.
Ideal background/ experience
Engineering degree or Business School
4-7 years experience in strategy/marketing/product management, ideally in relevant industry
